Missy Peters
Director of Community Affairs with Community First Credit Union

It is a rare privilege to recommend a professional as talented and reliable as Tiffany French. Having
served as her manager for the past five years at Community First Credit Union, I have had a front-row
seat to her evolution into a strategic marketing powerhouse. Tiffany has consistently been the top
performer on my team, and her impact on our organization’s digital presence and community
engagement cannot be overstated.
Tiffany possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking and creative execution. This past year alone, she
drove an unprecedented amount leads for the credit union and achieved record-breaking organic
impressions. However, Tiffany’s value goes far beyond the metrics. She is a creative and strategic
thinker who approaches every project—whether it is a sensitive bank acquisition or a high-energy
community giveaway—with a lens of innovation and inclusivity.

What truly sets Tiffany apart is her temperament. She is remarkably attentive and flexible, but most
notably, she is extraordinarily calm under pressure. In a fast-paced marketing environment where
priorities shift daily, she remains "even-keeled" and focused, providing a stabilizing force for the entire
team. She is a master of cross-collaboration, working seamlessly with Product, IT, and external
partners, yet she possesses the discipline and initiative to drive complex projects to completion entirely
on her own.
Tiffany is not just a content creator; she is a storyteller who understands how to connect a brand with
its audience authentically. She is a dedicated, high-impact professional who brings both talent and a
positive spirit to any team she joins.
I recommend her without reservation. Any organization would be lucky to have her.
Katie Komarek
Community Affairs Specialist with Community First Credit Union
It is my sincere pleasure to recommend Tiffany, our Senior Content Strategist, whose exceptional mentorship, leadership,  and commitment to developing others have made a profound and lasting impact on my professional growth. As the  Community Affairs Specialist on her team, I have had the privilege of learning directly from her, being guided by her  expertise, and growing under her thoughtful and intentional leadership. She has been a mentor, teacher, and colleague  whose influence has shaped both my confidence and my capabilities.

In her role, Tiffany manages all content creation with exceptional strategic insight and craftsmanship, but what sets her  apart is the way she uses her expertise to teach and empower those around her. She has taken the time to train me in  communication, storytelling, social‑media content creation, and project execution, breaking down complex processes with  clarity and patience. Her guidance has strengthened my understanding of our brand, sharpened my decision‑making, and  expanded my ability to contribute meaningfully to our team.

One of the most impactful areas of her mentorship has been in community partnership management. Tiffany not only  leads these relationships with professionalism and clarity, but she also taught me how to navigate them effectively, from  communicating with partners and maintaining brand standards to representing our organization with confidence.

Tiffany also excels at cross‑department collaboration, working seamlessly with teams across the credit union to ensure  content aligns with organizational goals and regulatory standards. In addition, she demonstrates exceptional collaboration  with team members inside the marketing department, partnering closely with product marketing and other internal  specialists. Observing her ability to coordinate projects, maintain alignment, and communicate with clarity has been a  masterclass in effective teamwork and leadership.

She manages relationships with external vendors and community partners, coordinating projects with professionalism and  strong creative direction. Tiffany supports major campaigns, contributes to website content strategy, strengthens our  digital presence through thoughtful storytelling, and manages key elements of our brand reputation including on‑hold  messaging, online reviews, and member experience across social platforms. Through each of these responsibilities, she  has taken the time to teach me not just what to do, but how to think strategically and work with intention.

On a personal level, Tiffany has been an extraordinary mentor. She entrusted me with responsibilities such as answering  online reviews, creating and posting content as needed, and supporting daily marketing needs, always providing the  guidance I needed while giving me the independence to grow. Her thoughtful delegation has allowed her to focus on  higher‑level strategic projects, and she manages this balance with professionalism, clarity, and a genuine investment in  developing others. The confidence and skills I have gained under her leadership are a direct reflection of her dedication as  a mentor. I recommend Tiffany French without reservation and with complete confidence in her ability to excel in any  opportunity she pursues.
